CAMSOC plans 100-day countdown toward historic SEA Games and ASEAN Para Games

The Cambodia SEA Games Organizing Committee (CAMSOC) held a meeting on 6 December with other stakeholders to ensure a smooth running of 100-day countdown toward the 32nd South East Asian (SEA) Games and 12th ASEAN Para Games 2023.

Vath Chamroeun, the Secretary General of CAMSOC, pointed out that the plan would go smoothly as all committees could understand well their role and responsibilities toward SEA Games and ASEAN Para Games 2023 in Cambodia.

The 100-day countdown till the two biggest multi-sport events in the Southeast Asian region will fall on 25 January 2023.

“We need to give much attention to the administrative work and human resources,” said Chamroeun.

“We also need to review the job done and what has yet to be completed. We need to complete every task on time or before 25 January, which is 100-day countdown till SEA Games and ASEAN Para Games 2023.

“For the remaining days, we will focus on the preparation to promote the events to local audiences and to other Southeast Asian nations.

“During the remaining 100 days toward the events, we will strengthen the Games promotion and hold the 100-day countdown and include mission meeting with other 11 nations.”

Chamroeun also stated that CAMSOC will work tirelessly to make historic SEA Games and ASEAN Para Games become spectacular events in the Kingdom.
